买家怎么核实看中的房子面积?
大家都知道在多伦多卖房时卖家无需提供房子实际面积,因地产局据规定卖家只需提供大概范围,如1500-2000平方尺,2000-2500平方尺,2500-3000平方尺。问卖家?如果不是第一任业主买房时从建筑商那得到户型图,或卖家平时没有留意每年MPAC系统寄出的报告,很可能他们自己都不知道房屋具体尺寸。
 
那买家怎么去核实?可让您的经纪花8块钱(民宅)或14块钱(商业)在地产经纪的付费系统里买一份MPAC报告,房子的具体面积,地下室面积,建筑年份,占地大小等等,都在该MPAC报告里。
